But I heard is possible he will do the movies of SIlmarillion... 
I think is possible, he demostrated that he can create new roles and stories with a few ones he invented in the Hobbit movies so I think he could creates stories for the many events related in the Silmarillion, there are very big epic moments in that book, big cities like Gondolin, and the Numenor island,... and we would know better the story of the elves and why the was in The Middle Earth and about dwarves, not many people knows they was created by the elves :P Who knows? maybe soon we will see The Middle Earth in the big screen again
